  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 tbsps organic brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Sea Moss Recipes Directions:
To a high-speed blender, add frozen dark cherries, frozen banana , WAVE sea moss and other ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more banana or brown sugar for sweetness, or coconut milk for creaminess. Divide between serving glasses and enjoy!

  • 2 cups watermelon

  • 2 limes (peeled)
  • 3 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 2 tbsps organic brown sugar
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spring water

Vegan Pulled Pork BBQ

  • WAVE Sea Moss Gel
  • 2 banana peels, cut into strips and boiled 3x
  • 2 cans of Trader Joe’s green jackfruit
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsps finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsps tamari
  • 2 tsps brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cups barbecue sauce

Directions:
Marinate banana peels in tamari, brown sugar and acv overnight and air fry for 8 minutes. Sautee garlic, onion and black pepper in olive oil before adding jackfruit.  Cook for approximately 7-9 minutes on med/med high heat or until golden brown.  Chop banana peels into small pieces, then add to jackfruit, along with barbecue sauce.  Stir and sauté for 3 minutes and enjoy!!

Blue Moon

  • 2 tbsps WAVE Premium Sea Moss Gel
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsps coconut butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps organic brown sugar
  • 2 cups almond milk

Directions:
To a high-speed blender, add frozen banana, blueberries, WAVE sea moss and other ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more banana or brown sugar for sweetness, or coconut butter for creaminess. Divide between serving glasses and enjoy!

Honey Morning

  • 2 tbsps WAVE Sea Moss Gel
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps organic brown sugar
  • 2 cups spring water

Directions:
Use a high-speed blender. Add cucumber, celery stalk, apple, WAVE sea moss and other ingredients. Blend on high until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more apple or brown sugar for sweetness. Divide between serving glasses and enjoy!

Berry Delicious

  • 2 tbsp of WAVE sea moss
  • 5 whole frozen strawberries
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 fresh banana
  • 1/2 c coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp flax/hemp/chia seed mix
  • 1 scoop of chocolate vegan protein powder
  • Top with layer of crushed ice
  • Blend until thick & frothy
  • Garnish with a strawberry a few blueberries- Makes 160z

Guacamole Fresca

  • 1 tbsp WAVE Sea Moss gel
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 6 red grapes finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cucumber finely chopped
  • 1 squeeze of fresh lime
  • Mix all ingredients with a potato masher (should have some chunks)
  • Add salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Tajin sprinkled over top
  • Serve with tortilla chips

Rue Barbara

  • 2 tbsp WAVE sea moss gel
  • 3/4 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp organic brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • Blend all ingredients
  • Garnish with cucumber slices &
  • 1/2 rhubarb stalk cut
  • Makes 16 oz smoothie

Rue Barbara Bowl

  • 2 tbsp WAVE sea moss gel
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 rhubarb stalk
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 1 tbsp organic brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blend all ingredients together
  • Pour into bowl . Garnish with cucumber & rhubarb slices, a few blueberries & sprinkle on granola

Banana Mint

  • 1/2 fresh banana
